Despite being the furthest inhabited island from the mainland, Co To Island has boomed and today it's a popular destination for domestic tourists. This should hardly come as a surprise, as the island is home to some of Bai Tu Long Bay's best beaches and its widest spread of accommodation and restaurants. Yet despite all of this, the island sees very few foreign faces.
